Please create an account first which only requires your email address so we can contact you about your order, and the address you need to have items shipped to. We  promise that none of your information will be shared with anyone at anytime for any reason.

We prefer payment through PayPal or any major credit cards or if you would like to mail in payment thats fine also,  but please use the shopping cart as it will combine your items and total the postage for you.

Shopping in our store is safe. We never see your credit card information or have access to it, all credit card payments are done through PAYPAL SECURE SERVERS,  you do not need a Paypal account to purchase with Credit Card as we have a business account there with them, once the  payment has been processed there, we are notified by email from them payment has been completed, we will then notify you that payment been received and shipped.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our customer service department will happily answer questions and provide assistance. We will promptly address any delivery issues

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the original date of sale. Any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate Manufacturer for instructions.

We’re sorry but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

Special orders, opened computer software or videotapes, electronic charts, and datacards are not returnable.
